Gamified eLearning Course:  Can You Manage Stress While Driving?

The Problem:  A driver service asked me to create an eLearning course about managing stress levels while interacting with customers. The learner base has limited literacy skills, so I was asked to include audio with all directions and minimize on-screen text. Also, I was asked to gamify the learning experience, especially the quiz.

The Solution:  Here, I have included the gamified quiz for this eLearning course on Managing Stress Levels While Driving. Gamified aspects of the quiz include:

• learner customizes driver name and character (who appears on various questions and on driver dashboard “ID badge”

• an interactive progress bar with a moving taxi car and map markers changing status

• a passenger rating scale with stars earned for correct answers

• a stress level dial that changes as answers are chosen correctly/incorrectly
